Aaj ke samay me khud ko khush rakh pana utana hi muskil hai ,jitna ki dusro ki help karna.Hum khud ko hi time ni de pate ,agar aap student ho to study ki tension ,agar aap empoyee ho to boss ka tension aur agar aap housewife ho to bahut jada tension (sasu mom,devar aur hasband ki tension).
Bas aap yu samjh lijiye ki ap jiske liye kar rhe ho fir bhi wo buddy happy ni hota, aur hum jo har baar yahi sochte hai ki next time ham pakka unhe khush kar dege,but we can't!!!

Kabhi-kabhi to hm apne partner, jisse ham khud se jada pyar krte h,uske wajah se dukhi ho jate h aur ham us problem ko ni samjh pate hai jiske wajah se sabkuch hota h.To hame sbse pahle us problem ko "search" karna hai aur fir use solve kr dena hai.
2. Talk yourself
Khud se puche apko kya ni mil pa rha ,kya hai jiski kami hai apke life me.Jab apko jawab mil jaye
to ap us kami ko pura karne me ji- jaan laga dijiye,ap hamesha khush rhoge.
3.Indirectly talk
Sabse pahle aap ye try kro ki samne wale ko apne dil ki bat bol paoo.Use jatao ki ap jo kar rhe ho unke liye hi kar rhe ho.Kyoki jis din ap apne parivar,dost,etc ko khushi denge ,fir ap to khud-ba-khud
happy ho jaege.
